Rythu Bandhu is a scheme implemented by Telangana. 

Launched by the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in 2018.

The Rythu Bandhu scheme is an agricultural investment support scheme aimed at providing financial assistance to farmers. 

Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive direct income support to help them meet their investment needs for crops. 

The financial support is typically provided on a per-acre basis.

Relieving the Farmers from debt burden and not allowing them to fall into the debt trap again, Rythu Bandhu Scheme is proposed by the Government of Telangana to provide Investment Support Agriculture and Horticulture crops by way of grant of Rs. 5,000/- per acre per farmer each season for purchase of inputs like Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Labour and other investments in the field operations of Farmer’s choice for the crop season.The government disburses funds to the beneficiary farmers twice a year.
